Senior Business Growth Strategist

At Holysheep Commerce Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies that drive revenue and expand our market share.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients, ensuring they align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Conducting sales pitches and presentations to meet or exceed target quota, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships with clients.
- Crafting development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth, providing actionable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels, enabling us to stay ahead of the competition.
- Meting existing and potential clients, building positive relationships that drive long-term success.
- Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Researching the competition and identifying opportunities for growth, informing our strategic decisions.
- Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs, enabling us to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities and results to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems, and ensuring deadlines are met, demonstrating your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Preparing sales contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Preparing regular update and monitor reports on business development, keeping records of all related reports and communications, project reports, etc.
What You'll Need:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a track record of success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales software and tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
About the Role:

Compensation and Benefits:
