Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in overseeing large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Field Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that the company's interests are protected at all times.
  • Administrative Functions: Manage administrative tasks, including but not limited to, preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal departments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, or construction management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
