Senior Marketing Director

Monaco Hotel is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Director to spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies for its luxury hotel in Monaco. With a focus on elevating brand visibility, this role will oversee digital marketing initiatives, create engaging content, and drive guest engagement.

• Pursue and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract high-end clientele.
• Lead the team responsible for social media management, SEO optimization, and paid advertising efforts.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including promotional campaigns, email communications, and visual content.
• Conduct market research and analyze performance metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Exceptional digital marketing skills, with proficiency in analytics tools and platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English required.
• Familiarity with Monaco's market and local regulations is an asset.
