
Regional Sales Leader

- We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client acquisition, sales training, and strategic partnership development. They will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing business reports for management review.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with regional customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, and identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Manage complex projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong emphasis on client acquisition and successful customer cases.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
