- Solid understanding of digital solutions (Automation, testing, IT services)
- Comfortable discussing both strategic business outcomes and technical details
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills to drive business growth
- Ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships
- Knowledge of the Manila market and its business landscape
