Job Role Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships across the Mindanao region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end development of offline credit initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
  • Pitch prospective brand partners and negotiate commercial terms to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and propose targeted strategies.
  • Maintain accreditation and documentation of partner brands to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for expansion.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product teams to conceptualize innovative features and improve product offerings.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for front-line personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital lending is highly desirable.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Located in Mindanao and willing to travel throughout the region.
