Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of General Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive revenue operations in the region to achieve performance targets in gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regional strategies to improve performance and profitability, as well as overseeing all regional operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies to drive performance and improve gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales as a percentage of revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage regional teams to ensure high performance and effective execution of strategies.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all regional operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the regional and global HQ team to ensure alignment and effective execution of regional plans.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the region.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation in regional operations.
  • Financial Management: Manage regional budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in P&L management of a product, category, or business unit within an e-commerce or DTC environment.

The candidate should also possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in operations management software and tools.

Fluency in English is mandatory.
