Broadband Regional Growth Director

Drive revenue growth in the region through acquisition and usage programs, recommending expansion areas and untapped market opportunities for the brand. Develop and implement programs aligned with the brand value proposition.
Business Execution- Lead and evaluate the total regional business, strategy, and program development to grow postpaid and prepaid broadband.
- Execute the broadband business strategies to acquire new broadband customers in the cluster.
- Ensure alignment of regional programs and strategies with the total brand proposition of broadband.
- Translate the brand position into regional insights and develop territory programs aligned with learnings in the cluster.
- Manage brand equity and imagery of broadband products to ensure cut-through and relevance of messaging.
- Oversee and resolve advertising and promotional spending to deliver revenue conversions.
- Drive regional dashboarding, brand health tracking, and deep dive analysis to determine key action plans.
- Facilitate customer insights and global trends specific to the region.
