Job Title: Marketing Operations Assistant

This is a full-time position in our company.

  • Oversee and implement marketing promotions for various branches.

Responsible for conducting regular branch visits, implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating with branch personnel, managing outsourced personnel and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate efforts to generate sales from local and national events through field or remote work.
  • Ensure that procedures are clear, efficient, and consistent.
  • Evaluate performance and success by analyzing relevant data such as sales figures, players or audience engagement, and promotional or event costs.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on the effectiveness of marketing promotions to management, including recommendations for improvement and cost considerations based on evaluated results.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Business and Marketing-related courses.
  • Preferably with experience in Offline Marketing and promotions management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management and branch interactions.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and ability to create and optimize standard operating procedures.
