Overview

Recruitment Specialist/Technical Recruiter at Q2 HR Solutions. Work Arrangement: Full Onsite, Dayshift.

This role involves overseeing and implementing marketing promotions for the company's branch locations, conducting regular branch visits, managing outsourced personnel, creating and optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs), analyzing data, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing promotions to drive cost optimization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Regularly visit company branches to ensure proper execution and implementation of new marketing promotions. Provide guidance and support to branch staff to align with marketing objectives.
  • Conduct orientation for outsourced personnel and oversee the execution of marketing promotions.
  • Manage and coordinate efforts to generate sales from various local and national events through field or remote work, or a combination of both.
  • Develop and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for implementing marketing promotions. Ensure that these procedures are clear, efficient, and consistent.
  • Evaluate the performance and success of marketing promotions or events by analyzing relevant data, such as sales figures, player or audience engagement, and promotional/event costs.
  • Coordinate with the local government and other organizational groups to actively participate in in-house events. Communicate with these groups to organize materials and ensure smooth event activations.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on the effectiveness of marketing promotions to management, including recommendations for improvement and cost optimization based on evaluated results.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year Business or Marketing-related course.
  • Proven experience in offline marketing and promotions management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Willingness to be assigned to the field to visit different branches, conduct, and organize events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management and branch interactions.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and ability to create and optimize standard operating procedures.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on results, observation, data analysis, and cost efficiency.
