
Marketing Supervisor

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day marketing operations, implementing marketing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, and leading a team of marketing staff. This role ensures that all marketing activities support the company's goals for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.).
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team to ensure project deadlines and performance standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, HR) and external vendors for aligned marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in creating and managing the marketing budget.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows.
- Stay updated on marketing best practices, technologies, and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media marketing).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar.
- Background in real estate/property management/FMCG/etc. (tailor to your industry).
