The Marketing Branch Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and implementing marketing strategies for various locations. This role involves conducting regular site visits, managing outsourced personnel, creating and optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Regularly visit company sites to ensure proper execution and implementation of new marketing strategies; provide guidance and support to site staff to align with marketing objectives.
- Conduct orientation for outsourced personnel and oversee the execution of marketing promotions.
- Manage and coordinate efforts to generate sales from various local and national events through field or remote work, or a combination of both.
- Develop and optimize SOPs for implementing marketing strategies; ensure that these procedures are clear, efficient, and consistent.
- Evaluate the performance and success of marketing initiatives or events by analyzing relevant data, such as sales figures, customer engagement, and promotional costs.
- Coordinate with local government and other organizational groups to actively participate in in-house events; communicate with these groups to organize event materials for activations.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to management; reports should include recommendations for improvement and cost considerations based on the evaluated results.
- Graduate of any 4-year Business or Marketing-related courses.
- Proven experience in Offline Marketing and promotions management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Willingness to be assigned to the field to visit different sites, conduct, and organize events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management and site interactions.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and the ability to create and optimize SOPs.
