- Coordinating with the Admin team regarding the daily schedule.
- Identifying and resolving issues/problems effectively.
- Ensuring that all acquired documents are properly turned over to the Admin Officer.
- Previous experience in business registration, regulatory compliance, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with government agencies and procedures related to business registration.
- Multitasking abilities to handle multiple registration processes simultaneously.
- Thorough attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of registration documents and compliance with legal requirements.
- Capacity to navigate and resolve issues that may arise during the registration process.
- Effective communication skills to interact with government officials, clients, and internal teams.
- Proven ability in coordinating and liaising with Local Government Units (LGU) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
Competitive monthly salary: Php 15,000 to 17,400
