Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and coordinate the movement of goods, documents, and information within our organization. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments, updating order tracks, and performing other essential tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding, cargo management, and document handling, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Graduate of BS Customs Administration or related field.
- Knowledgeable in EDI and Incoterms principles.
- Familiarity with cargo management systems, preferably CargoWise or similar.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a freight/brokerage firm.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Permanent remote work setup.
- Health and life insurance coverage from day one.
- Amenable to work varying shifts (AM, Mid, Night).
- Company-provided internet allowance and PC.
- 20% night differential and other allowances.
The selected candidate will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
