Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all business and client-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage workflows, coordinate teams, and maintain systems to ensure operational excellence.
  • Oversee client onboarding, contracts, and project setup to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Prepare intelligence briefings, support trade mission logistics, and handle stakeholder networks.
  • Review AI outputs, format and enhance deliverables, and build prompt libraries.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a remote Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in inbox/calendar management, travel logistics, invoicing, and client communications.
  • Experience in coordinating trade missions/events, managing SOPs/playbooks, and handling client communications.
  • Able to work with AI tools for drafting, research, and workflow optimization.
