Job Title: Business Capability Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to adult learners, focusing on practical application and real-world scenarios to drive business outcomes.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Influence project decisions by effectively communicating ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking with ability to make informed decisions and solve complex problems with ease.
  • Effective communication through written and verbal means, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PPT, Word, OneNote, and OneGuide.
  • Leadership skills with ability to manage multiple assignments, projects, and deliverables simultaneously, meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Adaptability working under pressure, adapting to changing priorities and demands while maintaining focus on key objectives.
  • Virtual team management with ability to lead remote work environments and foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration considering big-picture impacts and long-term effects, bringing diverse perspectives and insights to solution development.
  • Project management skills with ability to navigate matrix environments and interact confidently with all levels of leadership.
  • A certification in AGILE or similar methodology is highly desirable.
  • Lead 2-5 direct reports and oversee the performance of 40+ staff members.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training models, ensuring they meet evolving needs and support business goals.
  • Apply business acumen to solution development, creating engaging visuals for review by senior leadership and driving business results.
  • Navigate complex systems and interact confidently with all levels of leadership, excel in written and oral communication, hosting effective meetings and engaging audiences.
