Job Overview

The Member Development Lead is a key role that focuses on developing the membership ICT capability based on an assessment of the critical needs of each member and the ICT Digital Development department. This position involves formulating and delivering human resource development programs and activities that increase the ICT and digital transformation capabilities of the membership.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop ICT capability development programs to support digital transformation across the membership.
  • Design and deliver HR development initiatives to enhance ICT capabilities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to implement training and development activities.
  • Support remote/online training delivery and adapt methodologies for adult learners.
Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related field.
  • Knowledge of remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation principles.
  • Experience with adult learning principles; strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
