Job Overview

The US HR Admin Coordinator is responsible for managing HR tasks and ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws.

This role involves processing documentation related to FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Leave Administration, and Unemployment Claims.

Maintaining and updating HRIS and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality is a key aspect of this position, including BambooHR and Paycor systems.

Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, such as orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews is also crucial.

Responding to employee inquiries, monitoring the HR inbox, tracking training, performance evaluations, and employee documentation are essential duties.

Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts, generating HR reports, and assisting with audits and data integrity are additional responsibilities.

This role requires coordinating performance management processes and reviews, generating completion reports, and supporting managers and employees throughout the cycle.

Additionally, this position involves supporting payroll processing in coordination with the Finance department, assisting Compliance and HR leadership with tracking attestations, reporting requirements, and data privacy adherence.

Initiating and consolidating results from annual employee engagement surveys is another critical task.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR/Admin supporting US-based companies.

Hands-on experience with FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, leave administration, and unemployment-related processes is required.

A solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws and general HR practices is necessary.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BambooHR, and ATS/HRIS platforms is also essential.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary, along with a high level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail when handling confidential information.

Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines are also required.
