About the Role:This exciting opportunity as a Provider Sales Specialist offers the chance to join our dynamic team and contribute to the expansion of our services in the healthcare industry.
Your responsibilities will include identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients, ensuring a strong pipeline for our sales team.
You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies, leveraging your expertise in CRM tools and social media platforms to maximize engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify key decision-makers at hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Qualification & Outreach
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand prospect needs.
- Educate potential clients on the value proposition and cost-saving benefits of our services.
- Coordinate qualified appointments for Account Executives.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in HubSpot.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
- Refine targeting and messaging to optimize engagement.
- Collaboration & Feedback
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Provide actionable insights on prospect objections and industry trends.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- 1+ year of SDR or outbound sales experience (healthcare preferred).
- Proven cold-calling and email outreach skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, social media platforms, and data analysis software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
