Business Development Manager

M and J Solutions Provider is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
About the Role
The Senior Sales Professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts. This role requires a high level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
• Analyze business challenges and requirements of prospective clients
• Formulate solutions accordingly
• Manage preparation of documents and/or requirements for bidding with government entities
• Negotiate price and close contracts with major clients
• Assist accounting in following up settlements of accounts receivables from clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction on delivery of services
• Coordinate with project manager for smooth transition and workflow
