Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and review applications for new and existing providers, verifying credentials and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Verify professional licenses, certifications, and other relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate and maintain reports on provider credentialing status, expirations, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of credentialing processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with credentialing software and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
