We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting technical candidates for healthcare roles in the US.

This role involves communicating with potential candidates via various platforms to attract top experts and professionals. You will be responsible for building and organizing a strong talent pipeline, assisting hiring managers with the onboarding process, and retaining skilled workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing candidates through our existing database, contacts, social media, and direct recruiting methods.
  2. Identifying potential candidates from LinkedIn and other online portals.
  3. Gathering necessary information from candidates and setting up interviews between them and hiring managers.
  4. Managing the candidate database and providing consistent support to staff and candidates.
  5. Delivering a great recruiting experience for all candidates.
  6. Collaborating with peers and supervisors to determine a candidate's viability and resolve project needs.
  7. Assessing skills, qualifications, and experience based on technical requirements.
  8. Conducting preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest and personality.
  9. Building long-term relationships with passive candidates.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent work experience.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in hiring healthcare roles in the US.
  3. Experience in interviewing and assessing potential hires for technical positions and assisting with onboarding processes.
  4. Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.
  5. Experience with sourcing techniques like Boolean and Google X-ray.
  6. Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer technical questions.
