Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining applicant tracking systems and ensuring seamless candidate experiences
  • Providing regular updates on hiring activity and metrics to HR leadership
  • Drafting and sending offer letters, facilitating reference checks, and coordinating background screenings
  • Ensuring smooth transitions for new hires, including onboarding and orientation
  • Managing offboarding processes and exit documentation
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
