Talent Acquisition Role

Join our recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a crucial part in sourcing and hiring top talent for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in talent acquisition, working remotely with a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

This role involves delivering exceptional results in sourcing and hiring, while enhancing the client and candidate experience. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop project strategies that meet their goals.

About the Role
  • Sourcing and hiring top talent for our clients' manufacturing roles
  • Developing and implementing project strategies to meet client objectives
  • Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and positioning our organization as trusted partners
  • Creating and posting job adverts using client brand guidelines and managing applications professionally
  • Directly sourcing and headhunting suitable candidates; screening applicants to present shortlists to relevant decision-makers
Requirements
  • Japanese talent acquisition experience is essential for this role
  • Experience hiring for roles in the manufacturing space is critical; highlighting this on your application is important
  • Maintaining the ATS and other client/project systems is a key aspect of this position
  • Analyzing relevant business data and staying aware of market trends and competitor activity for candidates is crucial
  • Complying with company standards on values and ethics in all delivery and client interactions is essential
Skills & Experience
  • Full-lifecycle recruiting experience in-house and/or with an agency is advantageous
  • A proven track record of closing requisitions with quick turnaround is required
  • Strong ability to sell value proposition, negotiate, and close candidates is essential
  • Charisma and a collaborative approach to work with stakeholders are necessary
