Talent Acquisition SpecialistAbout the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of talent to support the company's growth plans. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings, as well as ensuring open roles are filled in line with growth plans.
- Sourcing: Utilize various channels to find top candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
- Job Postings: Manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency in job descriptions.
- Open Roles: Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure open roles are filled in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for engaging in outreach and screening processes to attract top candidates. This includes improving onboarding, retention, and engagement processes to support team growth, as well as developing and refining people policies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
