As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research, creating comprehensive tracking systems, and collaborating with our team to identify future talent needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Create and maintain accurate tracking systems for all candidates and internal databases.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify future talent needs and proactively source potential virtual professional candidates.
  • Utilize various channels, online portals, and social networking sites to source out and connect with potential candidates.
  • Measure and report sourcing metrics on a real-time basis.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role.
  • Extensive experience in using different channels, social network sites, online portals, and resume databases to source out potential candidates.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes, such as video interviewing, phone interviewing, and reference checking.
