
Director of Growth and Partnerships

You will be a key member of our Partner Success team, supporting the growth and success of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC. Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, you will execute partner strategy, drive engagement, and ensure partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a comprehensive partner success strategy for HTS Commerce, focusing on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard, enable, and engage Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within our organization.
- Foster adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
- Analyze data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make informed decisions to optimize product offerings.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Possess business-level fluency in Korean and English.
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
- Showcase excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Bonus points for experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners.
