
Ecosystem Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our affiliate and creator ecosystem, combining program management, TikTok Shop setup, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content pipeline building.
The ideal candidate will launch our TikTok Shop from scratch, grow affiliate networks, and turn creators into revenue-driving partners. They must have experience setting up or managing TikTok Shops and be able to build systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities- Launch and manage TikTok Shop/Seller Center from scratch (catalog, listings, payouts, workflows).
- Define commission structures and creator onboarding flows.
- Launch Spark Ads from top-performing UGC, test hooks/angles, and scale winning campaigns.
- Partner with designers to refine product listings, visuals, and ad creatives for maximum conversion.
- Manage and scale affiliate programs on ShareASale, UpPromote, and similar platforms.
- Recruit, activate, and retain high-performing affiliates across YouTube, SEO, blogs, and niche communities.
- Design and run leaderboards, contests, referral bonuses, and re-activation campaigns to drive consistent sales.
- Maintain accurate attribution, payouts, and dashboards, reporting performance weekly.
- Build and manage a central hub for affiliates and creators.
- Keep partners engaged with campaign briefs, contests, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts.
- Source, vet, and brief creators for reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and testimonials.
- Collaborate with design/editing to categorize UGC and repurpose across ads, product pages, email, and social.
- Work directly with leadership to align goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Build and refine SOPs for seeding, creator approvals, content briefs, and payout cycles.
- Share insights and actionable growth reports with leadership weekly.
This is a full-time role that requires strong collaboration and communication skills. You'll join as an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes/compliance. We offer competitive base salary, optional performance-based bonuses, and a remote-first setup with clear SOPs and async-friendly tools.
