Key Leader - Marketing Strategy

Join us in a challenging role where you will be responsible for building and leading a high-impact marketing function. As the head of marketing, you will drive awareness, demand, and customer loyalty through strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

This is an opportunity to shape the brand's positioning while aligning closely with business development and product teams. You will be the voice of the brand in the market, creating compelling narratives that simplify complex products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth roadmap aligned to revenue objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Own messaging and thought leadership to differentiate the company in its market.
  • Scale inbound and outbound acquisition via SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social, and email marketing.
  • Partner with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Develop case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase client success.
  • Define KPIs, track ROI, and refine strategies through a data-first approach.
Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on—comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller, simplifying complex SaaS products into compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and adaptability.

Preferred

  • Background in analytics, BI, or data-focused SaaS.
  • Knowledge of the Australian market and experience scaling globally.
  • Experience in building customer advocacy or thought leadership programs.
