Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team.

This role is focused on engaging leads, taking notes, following up consistently, and driving conversations forward. Our ideal candidate will be able to use scripts effectively while also adapting in real-time conversations.

The successful candidate will maintain consistent communication with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and build rapport with leads through engaging and confident communication.

  • Reach out to leads, follow up regularly, and maintain detailed notes of conversations.
  • Use sales techniques to engage with prospects and drive conversations forward.
  • Maintain accurate lead information using client tools (Toast platform).
  • Support the sales process by ensuring no opportunity is missed.
