Key Role

As a Key Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving connection, motivation, and growth to build a strong and thriving workplace.

In this key position, you will report directly to the General Manager and lead people-focused programs that foster well-being, enhance communication, and strengthen our culture.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee feedback, concerns, and well-being initiatives.
  • Design and implement engagement programs (surveys, events, recognition systems) and lead onboarding/offboarding experiences.
  • Drive performance reviews, career development, and feedback processes to support continuous growth.
  • Identify and address trends in morale, retention, and team dynamics, recommending solutions to leadership.
  • Align strategy with business goals, while strengthening collaboration and communication across teams.
  • Track engagement data, report on key outcomes, and ensure programs scale with business growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling people programs that improve culture and retention.
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leadership.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive topics.
  • Familiarity with org design, employee life cycle, and culture-building best practices.
  • Passion for employee experience and creating inclusive workplaces.
  • Experience in global companies is a plus.
