Job Title: Vendor Operations Expert - Customer Engagement

About the Role

This role oversees and ensures compliance in delivery schedules, inventory management, and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder management, good communication and time management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring compliance, and managing stakeholders. They will also be responsible for resolving operational issues, monitoring orders, and conducting training sessions.

Requirements
  • Educational Background: College Degree
  • Experience in Warehouse operations
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Good communication and time management skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance in delivery schedules, inventory management, and logistics processes
  • Resolve operational issues such as delivery errors, penalties, and escalations
  • Monitor and address returns, refunds, and shop penalties
  • Manage warehouse claims and ensure proper checking procedures
  • Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on processes and compliance
