Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Driver Operations Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, dispatching, logistics, or operations, with a focus on supporting drivers' onboarding and ensuring application completion and approval.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Call out assigned driver leads to assist and follow up in accomplishing their application from start to end.
  • Upsell and highlight the benefits of joining as a partner-driver to ensure target consistency.
  • Validate driver applications to determine approval or rejection based on documented processes.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as necessary to meet targets and complete assigned responsibilities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with drivers to ensure a smooth onboarding process. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • College graduate or currently pursuing a degree (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in customer service, dispatching, logistics, or operations is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with dashboards and basic reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets) is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail are essential.
