Job Title: Housekeeping Team Member

Job Description

Edsa Shangri-La Manila is a five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel located in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City. It is adjacent to two major shopping complexes and seven kilometres from the Makati Central Business District.

The hotel is seeking a skilled Room Attendant who can provide exceptional service to guests. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of housekeeping, laundry and food & beverage service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality room service to guests
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining hotel rooms and public areas
  • Ensure all guest requests are met in a timely and efficient manner
