Virtual home care schedulers play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations for seniors who rely on consistent, compassionate care to stay safe and comfortable in their homes.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing caregiver schedules, communicating changes, and helping keep both sides informed, supported, and calm even when things get a little hectic.
As a Home Care Scheduler, you'll work closely with the client's operations team to coordinate shifts, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing caregiver schedules and making adjustments as needed
- Communicating effectively with caregivers, clients, and operations teams
- Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or issues
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and caregivers
