We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing client and care provider schedules using internal scheduling software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage client and care provider schedules using internal scheduling software
  • Analyze care needs, provider skills, preferences, and availability to make the best possible match
  • Engage with care professionals and clients to confirm or adjust assignments
  • Participate in daily team meetings to address scheduling gaps and optimize processes
  • Use internal tools (e.g., scheduling systems, MS Teams) to track and communicate schedule changes

You will work closely with care professionals and clients to ensure that all scheduling changes are clearly communicated and verbally confirmed to uphold a high standard of care.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or care management (preferably in healthcare)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and coordinating in real-time
  • Proficient in—or willing to learn—multiple software platforms (training provided)
  • Strong fluency in spoken and written English
  • Able to balance analytical data with empathy and human-centered thinking
