Job Opportunity: Logistics Support Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our logistics team as a Customer Service Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate import entries and internal revenue declarations for transactions under letter of credit.
  • Ensure correctness of tariff headings for import entries.
  • Handle inquiries regarding customs regulations and tariffs.
  • Monitor payments and assist in account receivables.
  • Communicate with customers and customs representatives on shipment status.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
