THIS IS A FULL-TIME REMOTE POSITION

We are seeking a highly organised Logistics Admin Assistant to support our growing e-commerce operations. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone with strong admin skills and hands-on experience in online retail logistics.


Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing:

  1. Manage and monitor stock and inventory reports.
  2. Create and upload product listings for Shopify and Amazon.
  3. Maintain close monitoring of shipping plans.
  4. Download, track, and monitor stock and inventory reports.
  5. Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day logistics operations.

Working hours are typically 9am - 6pm GMT+8.

This is a full-time remote role, with excellent compensation. We want someone who is completely dedicated to working solely with us. It's important that you have NO OTHER part time jobs or commitments.

OBJECTIVE

To play a key role in our fast-growing e-commerce operation by keeping products flowing smoothly — from listing to delivery. Your mission is to support our logistics team with sharp organisation, proactive stock control, and seamless shipping admin, helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience and scale our online success.

TASKS

  1. Create and maintain product listings across Shopify and Amazon
  2. Prepare and update shipping plans to ensure timely dispatch of orders
  3. Download, track, and interpret stock and inventory reports
  4. Coordinate with fulfilment partners to resolve any logistics issues
  5. Provide administrative support to keep daily e-commerce operations running smoothly
