The Role

This role as a Logistics Operations Assistant requires a detail-oriented professional to ensure seamless order fulfillment from supplier to customer.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to review order details, coordinate with suppliers, track shipments, and update stakeholders in real-time.

You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes quality, timelines, and cost targets while adapting to the fast-paced supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify accuracy of packing lists and order confirmations
  • Create and process purchase orders for non-stock items
  • Update shipping reports and track delivery schedules
  • Monitor ETA/ETD to ensure timely shipments
  • Update internal systems with logistics and order data
  • Coordinate local fabrication orders and warehouse transfers
  • Maintain dispatch sheets and support daily logistics planning
  • Manage product warranty records across all locations
Ideal Candidate ProfileRequirements
  • Entry-level position, open to candidates with up to 2 years of experience in logistics or customs
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
