CRM Solutions Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Crm Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Crm Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with business owners or teams to customize, build, and manage white-labeled CRM solutions.

This includes implementing automation workflows, building funnels, onboarding clients, and providing ongoing operational support to ensure success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain white-labeled CRM accounts for clients.
  • Develop and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, automation workflows, SMS/email campaigns, and pipelines.
  • Assist in client onboarding and provide technical support to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize systems to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables for client CRM setups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM software is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM setup, sales funnels, automation, and white labeling is necessary.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills are required.
