Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative role involves attending to customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and finding solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service at each step of the way, taking time with each applicant to clearly answer questions and provide accurate information.
  • Answer customer inquiries and redirect customers to respective departments when needed.
  • Find and implement solutions for customers, whether adjusting payment dates or processing early payments.
  • Collect customer testimonials and handle reviews.
  • Attend to administrative duties such as data entry, funding, and reports.
