Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Solutions Specialist to join our implementation project teams.

This key role is responsible for delivering high-quality configuration solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to design and deliver Dayforce configurations following best practices.
  • Provide support to clients awaiting implementation of their Dayforce product, ensuring seamless transitions and resolutions.
  • Develop long-term solutions to address configuration gaps identified by customers post go-live, driving business success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer-related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in support roles or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in problem-solving and communication.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, XML, and XSLT, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
