Help Desk Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team at Neksjob. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product or service information, troubleshoot problems, and handle complaints in a fair and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Requirements:
- Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum) or 4 Sems in College.
- Call Center Experience is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in written and spoken business English.
- Fast, accurate, and efficient data entry skills.
- Problem-solving skills and active listening.
- Willingness to work onsite.
