About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the healthcare industry.

Your primary focus will be on providing timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues. You will work closely with our clinical staff to gather and collect all necessary information from customers in a timely manner, ensuring that deadlines are met.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. You will be required to possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to gather and collect necessary information from customers, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
