The role of a Care Operations Associate involves ensuring patient records and medical documentation are managed with precision and empathy. This individual will act as a key liaison between families, healthcare providers, and hospitals to facilitate timely communication and document retrieval. The successful candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and compassionate service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage patient documents and ensure timely, accurate distribution of medical records.
- Serve as the primary contact for communication with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities.
- Request and follow up on medical records, diagnostic reports, and imaging studies via calls and emails.
- Support families in scheduling visits and coordinating care delivery processes.
- Build meaningful relationships with parents as part of the support team.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure a seamless experience.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, medical records management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ year experience in administrative or operations roles (e.g., Care Delivery Administrator, Operations Specialist, Care Coordinator).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
