Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Outreach Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing targeted outreach campaigns to healthcare professionals, identifying potential partners and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to engage healthcare professionals and promote our services.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential partners, including their clinical expertise, treatment options, and patient demographics.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts within the healthcare industry, fostering strong relationships and staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing materials, such as email campaigns, social media content, and event invitations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in healthcare outreach, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including current trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other marketing tools.
