About the Talent Management Specialist Role

This role is pivotal in shaping the organization's culture, attracting and supporting exceptional talent while fostering a workplace environment rooted in respect, engagement, and growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating job postings, interviewing candidates, and facilitating onboarding experiences that make new hires feel valued. They will also assist in planning recognition programs, team-building activities, and cultural celebrations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Coordinate job postings, screen applications, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, support hiring managers, facilitate onboarding experiences, prepare welcome kits, and introductions.
  • Team Engagement & Culture Building: Assist in planning recognition programs, help track birthdays, milestones, anniversaries, collaborate on initiatives promoting inclusivity, wellness, and belonging.
  • HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, databases, timekeeping, leave tracking, benefits coordination, ensure HR policies are communicated clearly, and updated regularly.
  • Performance & Development Support: Help coordinate feedback cycles, evaluations, growth conversations, track training participation, support learning initiatives, organize workshops, coaching sessions, or leadership development programs.

Requirements include:

  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or teammate engagement is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, proficiency in HR systems, applicant tracking tools, and Microsoft Office, creative mindset for crafting engaging messages, event invites, and recognition posts.
