Talent Attraction Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Attraction Specialist to lead our North American talent attraction functions and team.
This role involves managing a team that acts as an internal recruitment advertising agency, responsible for developing and executing talent attraction strategies, collaborating with vendor partners and other teams to fulfill hiring needs in a high-volume and complex recruiting environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US/Canada talent market, creative and innovative talent attraction ideas, ability to manage a remote team, problem-solving skills, data-driven decision making, experience with budget management and advanced Excel, and a consultative mindset.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field or equivalent experience, passion for attracting top talent, and a commitment to global career growth and professional development.
In this role, you will be empowered to resolve issues, achieve goals, and drive team career mobility. You will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Marketing.
