Job Overview

CleverTap is a leading provider of customer engagement solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

About the Position

The Account Growth Specialist will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships. This involves working closely with the marketing and product teams to understand customer needs and preferences, identifying potential partnerships and collaborations, and negotiating agreements that benefit both parties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions and meet customer needs.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing skills.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  1. Proven experience in sales or account management, with a track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Proficiency in Tagalog, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
