This is an exciting opportunity to join AIA's marketing, distribution & partnership team and contribute to advancing our mission of helping a billion people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives by 2030.
Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving sales growth through multiple distribution/sales channels to meet individual/team quotas and AIA business objectives.
- Developing and implementing sales plans, objectives, and strategies for multiple distribution channels.
- Providing recommendations on sales quotas based on analysis of competitive products and selling techniques, market penetration, distribution channels, sales performance, pricing, and consumer research results.
